League Information

Ladies League

• Sundays
• Begins October 18, 2026
• Game Times: 6:15 PM, 7:15 PM, 8:15 PM, 9:15 PM

Men's League

• Tentative (based on registration)

Coed League

• Thursdays
• Tentative start: January 2027

League Format

• Servus Sports Centre
• 6 vs. 6
• Minimum 4 players
• Season runs October-March

Team Jerseys

• All teams are required to have matching jerseys or shirts with permanently affixed, clearly visible numbers on the back.
• Jersey numbers must match the numbers submitted on the official team roster.

 Team Rosters

• Due October 7, 2026
• Maximum 20 players
• Maximum 3 roster changes during the season
• Email completed roster (including jersey numbers) to Amanda at lloydsoccer@hotmail.com

 Performance Bond

• $300
• Due September 30, 2026 (11:59 PM)
• Required for all new teams.
• Returning teams must replenish any outstanding balance before registration is accepted.
• Late payments are subject to the same fee schedule as Team Fees.

SSA Individual Player Insurance

• $40 per player
• Registration is completed individually online for the 2026/27 Indoor Season.
• Payment may be made by credit card or e-transfer.

Important Deadlines

• Players must be registered by October 14, 2026 (6:00 PM) to play in the first league game.
• After the first league game, new players must be registered and paid by 6:00 PM every Friday to be eligible for next weeks games.

Important: Teams using unregistered players will automatically forfeit the game and may face league discipline.

Team Payments

Individual players pay their Team Manager directly. Team Managers are responsible for submitting team fees to LDSA.

Forfeited Games

48+ Hours Notice

• No fine for the first two forfeits.

• The game will be recorded as a 3-0 loss.

• Beginning with the third forfeit, a $150 deduction will be taken from the team's Performance Bond (maximum two deductions).

• If the Performance Bond reaches $0, the Board of Directors will determine whether the team may continue in the league or must replenish the bond.

Less Than 48 Hours' Notice

Teams that forfeit with less than 48 hours' notice, fail to provide photo ID, or do not have enough players will be fined as follows:

• 1st forfeit: $150 deducted from the Performance Bond

• 2nd forfeit: $150 deducted from the Performance Bond

• 3rd forfeit: If the bond reaches $0, the Board will review the team's league status.

• The game will be recorded as a 3-0 loss.

Photo ID Requirements

Every player must present photo ID before each game.

• A physical photo ID or a clear photo of it on your phone is acceptable.

• ID checks ensure all players are properly registered and insured.

• Teams that cannot provide photo ID may be subject to forfeiting the match.

This policy helps protect all participants, maintain fair competition, and ensure insurance coverage remains valid for everyone on the field.
