Important!
Photo ID is MANDATORY. All players are required to provide photo ID (picture on your phone is acceptable). Field Marshalls will be checking all players photo ID 10min prior to the start of the game.

Location: Servus Sport Centre - Lloydminster, Alberta
Dates: Friday, March 15, 2024 - Sunday, March 17, 2024
Entry Fee: $600.00 per team
Social: Saturday evening - OTS Room @ the Servus Sports Center
Deadline: Entry fee & form must be received by February 28, 2024.
Roster Deadline: Rosters and Travel Permits must be received by March 6, 2024 at 5:00pm. Rosters size 18 players max. Players that are not registered for Players Insurance and PAID IN FULL by March 6 @ 5:00pm, will NOT be added to the roster or will not be eligible to play. No exceptions.
Payment: Credit Card online through the RAMP account, cheques payable to Lloydminster & District Soccer Association (LDSA) or E-transfer to lloydsoccer@hotmail.com
Divisions: Men's and Ladies Recreational & Competitive - Division 2, 3 and 4. Recreational and Competitive Divisions are dependent on the number of team entries. If we are unable to accommodate a Competitive Division or a Recreational Division, the team captain will be contacted to see if they wish to join the available division or if they want a refund. All Boards are Live. Three Game guarantee.
Players: All players & team officials must be members of affiliated soccer within their respective District and Province (ie SK Soccer or AB Soccer). All teams out of province will require a travel permit. A copy of your travel permit must be submitted by March 1, 2024.
Player Insurance: ALL PLAYERS are required to be registered for indoor players insurance and in good standing with their member organization. If you are currently not registered in a Alberta or a Saskatchewan soccer league, you can purchase individual indoor Player Insurance through Saskatchewan Soccer for $40. CLICK HERE to Register.
Game Format: 6 vs 6, Boards are live, 18 max players on the roster
