Host:             Lloydminster & District Soccer Association (SSA sanctioned)
 
Location:      Servus Sport Centre - Lloydminster, Alberta

Dates:           Friday, February 8th - Sunday, February 10th, 2019

Entry Fee:     $500.00 per team

Deadline:     

• Entry fee & form must be received by January 25, 2019. 
• Please make cheques payable to Lloydminster & District Soccer  Association (LDSA). 
• Rosters must be received prior to February 1, 2019.

Divisions:    

• Coed Division - 6 vs 6
•  Minimum of 2 female & 2 male players on the floor at all times plus a keeper of either sex).
•  Open Coed Tournament (space is limited).
•  All Boards are Live.  Four Game guarantee.

 
Players:        

• All players & team officials must be members of affiliated soccer within their respective District and Province (ie SK Soccer or AB Soccer).
• All teams out of province will require a travel permit. 
• A copy of your travel permit must be submitted by February 1, 2019.

 
Prizes:         

• Cash & Prizes will be determined by the number of teams registered.
