2025 Outdoor Team Registration  

 

  • Ladies & Men's League Online Team Registration, Now Open - CLICK HERE

  • Deadline to register a team & team fees are due by Friday May 9, 2025 by 5:00pm

  • Men's League $1400.00 

  • Ladies League $1300.00 

    • Team Fees can be paid via E-transfer to Lloydsoccer@hotmail.com or paid online

    • Roster - A team shall be permitted to register an unlimited number of players at any one time with a limit of 22 players on a roster per game

Tentative League Nights of the Week:

  • Ladies League: Tuesday and/or Wednesday

  • Men's League: Monday and/or Thursday 

  • Game times: 6:15pm or 7:40pm 

  • League runs from May 20, 2025 to August 13, 2025 (Tentatively)

 


SSA's 2025 Outdoor Player's Insurance:

Cost - $40.00 

All players must register Online for SSA's Player Insurance 

All Players need to be registered for SSA's Players Insurance by Monday, May 12th, 2025 at 5:00pm in order to play in the first scheduled league game, May 20th or 21st, 2025

After the 1st league game ALL Players must be registered and paid in full for Player's Insurance 24hrs prior to their game in order to be added to the roster and eligible to play.
 
Teams that field unregistered players will automatically default the game.  Repeated fielding of unregistered players will result in the team being suspended from the league.

Having unregistered players participate puts all players and the organization at risk as there is no insurance for any players on the field in this circumstance.

Performance Bond:

All new teams must pay a Performance Bond of $300. Returning teams must refill any outstanding balance from the indoor season or the previous outdoor season, before registration will be accepted.

 

Forfeited Games

48hrs notice given:

  • If the forfeiting team notifies LDSA their intent to forfeit with 48 hours prior to the start of the game, no fine be assessed. 

  • The score for the forfeited game with be awarded as a 0-3 loss to the forfeiting team. 

  • After 2 forfeits, with 48hrs notice given, the team will be fined $150.00 fee off of their Performance Bond, up to a maximum of 2 times.

  • Once the Performance Bond is at zero, the Board of Directors will meet and the team may be expelled from the league or the team may be allowed to top up their Performance Bond.

  • Teams need to notify LDSA's Club Administrator by email or by phone (call or text)

48hrs notice not given:

Teams that do not have enough players, fail to produce photo ID or cancel their game with less than 48hrs will be fined as follows:

  • First game the team forfeits is $150.00

  • Second game the team forfeits is $150.00

  • Third game - once the Performance Bond is at zero, the Board of Directors will meet and the team may be expelled from the league or the team may be allowed to top up their Performance Bond.

  • The score for the forfeited game with be awarded as a 0-3 loss to the forfeiting team. 

  • Teams are required to have a minimum number of players - Outdoor (8 vs 8) 6 players

 


Equipment Bond:

Each team is required to pay a Equipment Bond, which will be good for the outdoor season. The Equipment Bond will be $155 which covers the cost of the ball ($80) and the 3 Corner Flags ($75).

The Equipment Bond can be paid via post dated cheque, cash or E-transfer. The equipment will be collected from teams at the end of the season and stored by LDSA. If equipment is lost, stolen or damaged it will come out of that bond.

This will be separate from the Performance Bond. The Equipment Bond will be given back at the end of each season, once the equipment has been returned. We will do this each outdoor season.

 


 Team Fees:

Individual players will pay their Team Manager directly when they are selected to the team.
